ResinTech, Inc. Strengthens Executive Leadership Team with Three Key Appointments Maureen Martin Promoted to Chief People Officer, Mike Annocki Promoted to Chief Operating Officer, and Andrew McBride Appointed Chief Financial Officer

[Camden, New Jersey] – ResinTech, Inc., a leading provider of water treatment solutions, today announced the strengthening of its executive leadership team with three key appointments, all effective August 11, 2025. The company has promoted Maureen Martin to Chief People Officer, promoted Mike Annocki to Chief Operating Officer, and appointed Andrew McBride as Chief Financial Officer across ResinTech, Inc. and the ResinTech family of companies, including Aries Filterworks, Aqua Wholesale, ACM Technologies, and VMX Technologies.

These strategic appointments create a comprehensive C-suite structure designed to support ResinTech’s continued growth and expansion in the water treatment industry.
Chief People Officer – Maureen Martin
Martin brings over 12 years of dedicated service to ResinTech, having joined the company in April 2013. Prior to ResinTech, she spent 23 years at Sea Gull Lighting Products, building extensive expertise in human resources management and employee relations. Since joining ResinTech, Martin has been instrumental in the company’s significant growth trajectory, managing all aspects of acquisition, retention, relations, payroll and benefits administration for more than 450 employees across facilities in seven states. Her strategic approach to workforce development has been crucial in helping ResinTech meet its commitment to local employment, enabling the company to successfully leverage city and state incentive programs.
Chief Operating Officer – Mike Annocki
Annocki brings three decades of supply chain and operations management experience to his expanded leadership role. He joined ResinTech as a purchasing agent in 2011 and quickly identified opportunities to build more robust operational systems beyond traditional just-in-time models. His role evolved from General Manager in 2014 to Vice President in 2019.

Michael Annocki
Throughout his tenure at ResinTech, Annocki has focused on integrating procurement, warehousing, customer service, and ERP technologies into a comprehensive system designed to deliver reliability even during challenging external conditions. This philosophy proved particularly valuable during the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to be a cornerstone of the company’s expansion strategy.
Chief Financial Officer – Andrew McBride
McBride brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across manufacturing, engineering, and metals industries. His proven expertise in acquisitions, divestitures, and capital strategy—including multiple transactions exceeding $100 million—positions him to guide ResinTech’s financial operations as the company continues its strategic expansion.

Andrew McBride
Most recently, McBride served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at Penn Engineering, where he demonstrated exceptional capability in driving financial performance and leading strategic initiatives. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Strategic Leadership Vision
“These appointments represent a pivotal moment in ResinTech’s evolution,” said Jeffrey Gottlieb, CEO of ResinTech, Inc. “Maureen has been an invaluable asset to our organization and a driving force behind our people-first culture. Mike’s innovative approach to operations management has been transformational, and his ability to build resilient systems that perform under pressure makes him the perfect choice to lead our operations. Andrew’s extensive background in strategic finance and M&A experience will be instrumental as we continue to execute our growth strategy. Together, this executive team positions us perfectly for our next phase of expansion.”

The new executive structure creates clear leadership accountability across all critical business functions—people, operations, and finance—while maintaining the collaborative culture that has driven ResinTech’s success. Each leader brings deep industry experience and a proven track record of scaling operations in growing organizations.

Martin will continue to focus on strategic workforce planning and employee development, Annocki will oversee day-to-day operations while serving as a key liaison between departments and business units, and McBride will lead financial operations and strategic growth initiatives including potential acquisitions.
