Wilo USA Launches the Wilo-Vertical Turbine Pump Line, Setting a New Standard for Performance and Compliance

Cedarburg, WI – WILO USA LLC, a subsidiary of WILO SE, is pleased to announce the launch of its new Wilo-Vertical Turbine pump series, engineered for exceptional efficiency, reliability, and regulatory compliance across municipal, industrial, mining, and irrigation applications.

The Wilo Vertical Turbine Pump line is designed to meet the most demanding water-movement challenges, delivering robust performance, long-term reliability, and exceptional efficiency. With more than 150 models available, the series can accommodate flows up to 30,000 GPM and heads reaching 1,000 feet. Standard construction options include cast-iron bowls and bronze or stainless-steel impellers, with configurations available in open or enclosed line-shaft, fabricated canned, or submersible vertical turbine pump designs. All models are fully compatible with variable frequency drives (VFDs), and a broad selection of sealing and coating choices ensures adaptability for diverse installation requirements.

For potable water applications, Wilo offers vertical turbine pump models certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 for drinking water safety and NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 for lead-free compliance. These pumps incorporate lead-free materials and specialized coatings to meet the most stringent drinking water safety standards while maintaining the same efficiency, durability, and reliability as the standard VTP line.

The Vertical Turbine Pump series underscores Wilo’s commitment to providing high-performance, modular solutions that combine certified safety with versatility. By offering a wide range of materials, configurations, and proven hydraulic designs, the new series supports operators across every sector—from municipal water treatment to large-scale industrial processes.
