FCA Receives 2025 AIA Pennsylvania EPiC Firm Recognition
The Honor Highlights the Firm’s Ongoing Commitment to Supporting Professional Development
Philadelphia — October 29, 2025 — Leading architecture, design, and planning firm FCA is proud to announce that it has been named a 2025 AIA Pennsylvania EPiC Firm. The annual recognition is given by the AIA Pennsylvania Emerging Professionals Committee (EPiC) and honors firms like FCA that support and foster mentorship, inclusion, licensure, and investment in the next generation of architectural professionals.
“This recognition is a testament to the people who make FCA what it is—a place where our team members feel supported, inspired, and encouraged to grow as individuals in their profession,” said Denise Thompson, AIA, LEED AP, Principal at FCA. “This honor reflects our ongoing efforts to create an environment where emerging professionals can hone their craft and thrive, contributing meaningfully to projects that help shape the future of both the firm and our field.”
For this year’s program, FCA was showcased for its thriving culture filled with professional development opportunities, collaborative learning, and a firmwide dedication to empowering rising talent. Each submission is completed collaboratively, and involves two parts: an emerging professional or young architect who completes the nomination assessment, followed by a firm principal or someone from leadership who verifies and finalizes the submission. This two-tiered process demonstrates FCA’s commitment to supporting staff members across all areas of professional growth, underscoring the firm’s broader culture of transparency and career advancement.
“We’re proud to see our commitment to mentorship and education celebrated by AIA Pennsylvania,” said Kenneth Kramer, AIA, Principal at FCA. “We believe that investing in our people is a direct investment in the future of design. By providing opportunities for growth and celebrating diverse perspectives, we’ve cultivated a supportive environment where emerging professionals can build confidence, develop leadership skills, and make a lasting impact.”
FCA will be formally recognized during the AIA Pennsylvania Architectural Excellence Broadcast on Thursday, December 4th. For more information about FCA’s team, culture, and ongoing initiatives, visit www.fcarchitects.com.
