The new contract brings Causeway’s Traffic Management platform and Live Link mobile app to the DFW area, aiming to streamline road and lane closure updates around the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Six Flags complex.

ARLINGTON, Texas  Causeway one.network, a leading digital work zone and road management platform provider, today announced an agreement with the City of Arlington, Texas to use the company’s Traffic Management platform and Live Link mobile application to reduce congestion and improve safety across the city, particularly around the city’s massive sports and entertainment complex. The area is home to world-class sports and entertainment venues such as Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, and Six Flags Over Texas theme and water parks.

The platform enables city traffic managers to efficiently navigate the significant influx of vehicles during large-scale events, while also ensuring real-time communication of road work and lane closures. Through the Live Link mobile app, authorized road workers can update closures directly from the job site, allowing for seamless integration with major GPS providers such as Waze, Apple Maps, and Google Maps.

“We are confident this partnership will greatly improve the driving experience for Arlington’s residents and visitors alike,” said Kieran Holloway, Causeway one.network’s U.S. Marketing Leader. “With tens of thousands of vehicles converging on the district during major events, real-time awareness of road closures and construction is critical. Our platform empowers traffic managers to get this essential information to drivers when they need it most.”

Arlington secured Causeway one.network’s services via TXShare, a streamlined procurement platform developed by the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG). TXShare simplifies the procurement process for public agencies and is accessible beyond Texas.

This agreement builds on Causeway one.network’s track record of supporting traffic management in high-density areas. The company recently partnered with the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada to improve road management in Las Vegas ahead of the Formula 1 Grand Prix this November. The race track will span over three miles of the iconic Las Vegas Strip, requiring precise coordination of road closures.

In Arlington, the project will extend beyond the sports and entertainment district into the entire city. Centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth, Arlington is home to more than 400,000 people and draws more than 15 million visitors a year. In 2026, Arlington’s AT&T Stadium will host nine FIFA World Cup soccer matches including the tournament semi-final, and road incursion awareness, particularly in the build up, will become increasingly crucial.

“We are thrilled to provide a solution that can help the city everyday, but the World Cup puts Arlington on a global stage,” said Holloway. “We are excited and prepared to help the city shine.”
