CHICAGO, February 13, 2025 – The Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) has honored several precast concrete projects from the past 50 years with PCI Longevity Awards. These building and transportation projects not only demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship and innovation, but also structures that embody longevity, resilience, and sustainability.

The winning projects symbolize the precast concrete’s enduring legacy and the industry’s dedication in advancing construction aesthetics and innovation. They were honored at the 2024 PCI Committee Days Conference, as part of PCI’s 70th anniversary. Projects were honored in Buildings and Transportation/Infrastructure categories and in three different time frames: 10 to 25 years, 25 to 50 years, and 50-plus years.

“The PCI Longevity Award winning projects are iconic symbols of precast concrete timeless aesthetics and resilience,” said Bob Risser, PCI’s president and CEO. “They will endure for many generations to come.”
