ResinTech Bolsters Lab & OEM Division with Appointment of Research Scientist Yasha Duggal
[Camden, New Jersey] – ResinTech, Inc., a leading manufacturer of ion exchange resins and specialty adsorbents, today announced the appointment of Dr. Yasha Duggal as Western Region Sales Representative for Lab & OEM products within its Filterworks division. Duggal will be responsible for driving growth across the western territory as ResinTech expands its high purity (Type 2) and ultrapure (Type 1) water systems to serve specialized laboratory and original equipment manufacturer markets.
Duggal brings a unique combination of hands-on laboratory experience and proven sales performance to ResinTech. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from Pennsylvania State University, where she specialized in life sciences research including antibiotic resistance, infectious disease, and protein chemistry. This academic foundation is complemented by successful sales experience at Promega, where she managed over 1,000 accounts across academic, clinical, government, biotech, and pharmaceutical sectors in the Pacific Northwest.
As a doctoral researcher, Ms. Duggal successfully managed long-term molecular biology projects and mentored students in laboratory settings. Her transition to sales at Promega demonstrated her talent for translating complex technical concepts into clear value propositions, helping researchers understand how products can advance their work.
Prior to her sales career, Duggal served as a Science Writer at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where she wrote technical documentation and tutorials that improved user understanding. She also chaired the Gordon Research Conference, managing logistics for international attendees while securing federal funding from NIH and the Army Research Office.
