Architectural Firm Siegel Selected by Tiffin University to Design New Housing Facility
Award-winning, Internationally recognized architectural firm Siegel has been selected by Tiffin University to lead the design for a new housing facility. The new housing facility will house approximately 450 students, and include retail, lounge/study, dining, and laundry spaces. Siegel is currently partnering with the university to collect student feedback that will inform the final design. The facility will be constructed in two phases with construction expected to begin in 2026. The first phase is scheduled for completion by fall 2027, followed by the second phase in fall 2028.

The new housing facility for Tiffin University joins Siegel’s impressive roster of higher education projects, including: Bard College Residence Halls, Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Science (GSAS) Lounge, Columbia University Miller Theater, SUNY Purchase Dance Building Modernization, SUNY Purchase Music Building Modernization, and SUNY Purchase Visual Arts Building Modernization, among others.
